Summary

Life this past 6 months has taken an unexpected turn. I got diagnosed with Osteogenic Sarcoma late June of 2012 and have been undergoing chemo treatment since the 3rd of July. My treatment has consisted of two rounds of chemo spanning 5 weeks each, a major surgery resulting in a total  knee replacement and the radiation of the top 15cm of my tibia, and then two more rounds of chemo spanning the same time frame as the previous. If all goes as planned and God doesn't change the course we are headed; I am set to have two more rounds of chemo spanning only 4 weeks each, with the absence of the chemotherapy drug Cisplatin. By the grace of God I have only had 2 transfusions, both around the surgery, and have never been admitted for a fever. Hearing the stories of the other kids in my ward, I have much to be thankful for in regards to lack of complications.

Many things have changed since this began. I have met many people and found out who really understands what it means to be the hands and feet of God for fellow believers.
